- Bid Cancellation
We recognize that bidders are human and, on occasion, make errors
when placing bids. Within 24 hours of your original bid, you may
cancel your bid by contacting us at

- Auction Cancellation
SwimsuitAuction.com reserves the right to cancel a sale or to
issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for auction merchandise,
that is posted in error, out of stock, does not conform to specifications,
or was shipped in error.

SwimsuitAuction.com reserves the right to change posted quantities,
remove from sale or re-offer items that were previously withdrawn.
We also reserve the right to close auctions early or to extend
auctions at any time and at our discretion.
- System Availability
SwimsuitAuction.com makes every effort to maintain 100% system
availability, except during scheduled maintenance periods, which
are posted on the site. Should we experience technical difficulties,
we are not responsible for bids that are not processed or accepted.
- Payment and Sales Tax
All successful bids are payable on demand in US dollars on a VISA,
MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. SwimsuitAuction.com,
a division of Swimwear Direct, charges sales tax on all shipments
to Florida destinations.
- Bidding Or System Errors
SwimsuitAuction.com reserves the right to cancel any auction at
any time and for any reason. We are not responsible for pricing

- Dispute Resolution
Any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between
the parties shall be resolved exclusively before a court located
in Hillsborough County, Florida, having competent jurisdiction,
